Additionally, the Ultra 100 is T-Switch compatible and supports induction loops for those using hearing aids, ensuring everyone can enjoy the full audio tour experience.

It can store virtually unlimited languages, and each primary message can have up to 20 layers of additional information. Video Synchronization

The Video Sync Box allows the Ultra 100 to seamlessly synchronize with external videos. The device allows lip accuracy if in the same language, and provides time-stamp accuracy if in another language. The Video Sync Box is powered via an external adapter and can prompt messages as near as 6 inches and as far away as 50 feet.

Trigger Beacon

The Trigger Beacon allows the Ultra 100 to play content automatically or trigger a selection menu to choose from and play manually. The Trigger Beacons can be powered by an internal rechargeable Li-ion battery or external power adapter. The device will gently vibrate to notify when a trigger is available, providing a non-visual, tactile cue for the user.

Induction Loop

Our optional neck induction loop accessory connects to the 3.5mm audio jack on Tour-Mate devices, providing an enhanced listening experience for visitors with hearing aids. Worn around the neck, the loop transmits a magnetic signal directly to the wearer’s hearing aid, ensuring clear audio and full accessibility for guests with hearing impairments. This simple yet effective accessory helps make your interpretive content more inclusive for all audiences.

Wireless Connectivity

The Ultra 100 can be used with wireless headphones or speakers using Bluetooth technology. This creates a hands free experience and allows visitors to use their own accessories. The wireless connectivity can pair with Bluetooth enabled hearing aids as well.
