This option includes the components needed for the proper operation of a system. Unless otherwise specified, all hardware is backed by a one-year warranty that covers both parts and labour. Beyond the Warranty Period, clients can opt to enroll in Tour-Mate’s Maintenance Plan. Alternately, they may opt to repair and replace components at Tour-Mate’s prevailing ‘as-needed’ pricing.
With a Revenue Share model, clients pay Tour-Mate a fee based on usage or attendance. Fees are settled in arrears for the previous visitation period. This approach involves no upfront costs but requires a minimum visitation guarantee and an agreed-upon contract duration to establish the terms of the agreement.
This option allows institutions to rent equipment for a short term (typically less than one year). Rental terms are determined by the size of the system and include Tour-Mate’s Maintenance Plan. It is ideal for short-term exhibitions and to augment equipment inventory during seasonal visitation spikes.
