Seamless Data Management

The SC600 Charger/Programmer module simplifies data management and charging. Available in configurations for 10 or 40 wands, these modules can be daisy-chained to accommodate large-scale installations, programming up to 2560 wands simultaneously via a single PC.

TC100 Tethered Cable Audio

The TC100 is a fixed in place tethered Audio Wand station. This platform is an ideal interpretive option for sites requiring a stationary audio that will not disturb the experience of other visitors. To receive audio messaging, visitors would use the tethered Audio Wand and enter a code to play the messaging.

The unit consists of a one or two pockets  to hold the wands on a metal plate {shown in the picture) which can be flush mounted onto an exhibit panel or railing.

Induction Loop

Our optional neck induction loop accessory connects to the 3.5mm audio jack on Tour-Mate devices, providing an enhanced listening experience for visitors with hearing aids. Worn around the neck, the loop transmits a magnetic signal directly to the wearer’s hearing aid, ensuring clear audio and full accessibility for guests with hearing impairments. This simple yet effective accessory helps make your interpretive content more inclusive for all audiences.

Braille Labeling

Our optional clear Braille raised symbol stickers are designed to enhance accessibility for vision-impaired visitors. These tactile stickers can be easily attached to our devices, allowing users to navigate the controls with ease. Discreet yet effective, the Braille symbols ensure that all visitors, regardless of their visual abilities, can fully engage with your audio content and enjoy a seamless experience.
