Tour-Mate audio guides are designed for easy charging, storing, and updating, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your staff. Our charging stations allow you to efficiently recharge multiple devices simultaneously, keeping your guides ready. Storing the devices is simple, with compact storage solutions that protect the units while minimizing space.

Updating content is quick and straightforward, whether you need to refresh an exhibit or add new languages. Our intuitive software lets you easily upload new audio files to all your devices, ensuring that your visitors always have the most up-to-date content.

Updating Quick Facts:

  • Updates to the handsets are carried out while charging by connecting a laptop/PC to the rack via the USB interface.
  • Up to 64 charging units can be linked to update 2,560 units simultaneously from a single laptop/PC.
