Tour-Mate’s Warranty & Service Plans

We stand behind every product we manufacture or distribute. Unless specified otherwise, all our equipment comes with a one-year warranty from the delivery date. Our warranty covers both parts and labor for malfunctions due to manufacturing defects as well as normal wear and tear. In addition to our standard product warranty, we provide an optional Service Plan to cover most of our products.
