Warranty Information

 

Tour-Mate stands behind every product we manufacture or distribute. Unless specified otherwise, all our equipment comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. Unlike other vendors, our warranty covers both parts and labor for malfunctions due to manufacturing defects as well as normal wear and tear.

Tour-Mate Service Plan

In addition to our standard product warranty, we also provide an optional Service Plan to cover most of our products. We understand that equipment can face rough handling from the visiting public year after year, and our Service Plan is intended to guard against any unforeseen mishaps. The price of the Service Plan is based on the product type and will be quoted to you by your Project Development contact before purchase.

We’re committed to providing timely support and repairs. During the warranty period, or when covered by the optional Tour-Mate Service Plan, any malfunctioning equipment sent to our repair depot in Toronto, ON, will be serviced and shipped back within ten business days.
