Tour-Mate’s Content Management System (CMS) OSS+ is a stable app publishing and editing platform. It is simple and intuitive to use, allowing non technical staff to edit and manage content and marketing campaigns.
With the OSS+ Content Management System, creating and engaging your visitors is a simple 3 step process:
- Create all the points of interest in a tour
- Add media to each point of interest (audio, text, images, video)
- Publish to a platform over the internet (Web App, Native App, TourMedia Touch+ Player)
The OSS+ is designed as a tabbed drag and drop platform. The CMS allows for easy selection of multiple languages, and for adding stops to each language. Each message stop can support text, images, audio, and video content. Each message stop can be triggered through a variety of different ways e.g. manual selection through a list, QR codes, GPS coordinates, or Bluetooth beacons. Integration of social media sharing such as Facebook, Twitter etc. can also be provided via the CMS.
Both the native apps and the web apps are integrated with Google Analytics. OSS+ offers a dashboard with a data visualization tool that displays the current status of the guides and their performance. The dashboard will consolidate and arrange numbers into charts.
